ABOUT THIS JOURNAL
The Journal of Virtues & Leadership (JVL) is an international journal that examines the good that exists in the world by highlighting the virtues and the deep connection of the human spirit within a leadership context. The virtues in life provide balance as to who we are as individuals—for in ourselves and in our leadership, the ability to look inside of who we are is of great value. The articles in JVL are intended to inspire individuals to look within who they are as a leader and be encouraged to lead from a virtues perspective. While there is such good in this world, there is often the negative as well. JVL does not ignore this. The articles also explore the vices—the very things that might keep individuals from honorable leadership—that exist in the leadership arena. We must be willing to look at the light and the dark to obtain a full picture, and JVL will do this.
All of our journal articles may be reprinted in accordance with the doctrine of as described in the U.S. Copyright Law. Anyone wishing to reprint School of Business & Leadership articles for commercial use or monetary gain must request permission and pay the associated fee.
