CLEP
College Level Examination Program (CLEP) exams are convenient, cost-effective, and allow you to fast-track your academic journey. CLEP exams count as credit for specific courses. 91 accepts up to 30 CLEP credits. Access to 91’s CLEP testing center is limited to 91 students.*
To take a CLEP exam, determine which exam corresponds to the class by viewing the CLEP Transfer Guide. Next, go to Collegeboard.com and purchase an exam ticket. Finally, register for your CLEP exam at 91’s Testing Center.
Due to unexpected circumstances and College Board policy, CLEP testing will not be available. In the meantime, students can access alternate testing locations using College Board’s
Please Follow All Policies to Ensure Your Scheduled Seat:
- There are two separate fees: the CLEP exam fee (paid through ) and the Regent Test Administration Fee is $20 (paid when scheduling your test date; nonrefundable).
- Ensure your CLEP exam ticket is designated for in-person proctoring, not remote proctoring.
- Use the calendar in the Regent CLEP registration form to view available exam dates and times.
- Schedule your test at least seven (7) days in advance.
- Arrive at the testing center at least 20 minutes before the exam. Late arrivals may need to reschedule.
- Bring the following items with you:
- Your CLEP exam ticket
- An approved form of ID
- Your Regent testing center confirmation email
- Your student ID to access the library.
- Students taking CLEP tests at Regent are subject to 91’s Academic Honor Code.
