- Appeared on CBN Newswatch discussing the Masterpiece Cakeshop victory at the Supreme Court, where the lead attorneys were Regent Law alumni. .
- Has been tapped by Chief Judge Roger Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to chair and serve on the committee to select the next public defender for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.
