Post Production (Editing) Facilities Request Form

All requests require advance notice of at least three business days. Requests made with less than three business days advance notice will be processed as soon as possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

To insure that all suites are available to the most students on a daily basis, post-production sessions are limited to a maximum of four hours per day, unless approved, in advance, by the supervising Faculty member.

	Please note in the space above if this request takes the place of any previously scheduled session that you no longer need. Be sure to include dates and times of any sessions that need to be cancelled.

Edit Suite Dates & Times

Please submit your request no later than three (3) business days prior to your requested session(s). The Operations Manager's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Requests received after 4pm Monday through Thursday may not be processed until the following day and requests received after 4pm on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Post Production session requests will not be taken by phone.

Note: Students currently enrolled in the Film & Television program may already have Keycard access to the support rooms required for each specific class. Please check with your professor.
